| The park has been in business since 1933. There are 23 sites with none of them sold to any of our tenants, a number of tenants have been permitted to bring on to our park their own mobile home without any entry fees being made also they have been permitted to make mains connections to our systerms without any connection fees being made by us however written consent from 3rd July 2013 by Harry Kerry will be required for any replacements regarding mobile homes and caravans etc. 28 days written notice of such intentions will be required. Should permission be granted this will be subject to conditions that may prevail at the time and thereafter. Each site has its own outbuilding that is connected to mains electricity, water, drainage and telephone connections are possible. During darkness the park is eliminated. |
